Health and Fitness Tips with Lisa Paavola

1.  What is your favorite healthy snack? Hummus and cucumber 

 

2. Type of breakfast do you have? Steel oats with maple syrup strawberries and sliced banana

 

3.  What is your post workout meal? Trying to get better and eating more mindfully.  I went on a 5 mile intense hike and was starving so I ate double of what I should have.  I realized I should have had more water and chocolate milk to satisfy me.  Really stay away from processed food.

 

4.  How do you recover from a intense workout? Recovery from long run , hike or barre workout is a lot of stretching.  Restorative yoga is the best! Drink smoothie with almond milk, almond butter, super greens, and half banana .

Health Fitness Tips with Mandy Sheckard

1.) What is your go to healthy snack? - Banana and Peanut Butter.


2.) What type of breakfast do you have? - Usually Eggs with onions and peppers, or fruit if I'm on the go.


3.) What is your post workout meal? An Advocare Shake or something with Peanut Butter! 


4.) How do you recover from a intense workout? A nice hot shower and some well deserved protein.
