Pilates Barre use the six principles of Joseph Pilates with barre exercises to create a mindfully flowing class. These classes can be done by anyone no matter their fitness level.
Saturday: 12:00-5:00pm & Sunday: 1:00-6:00pm
Instructors will receive a course manual, certificate of completion; a Pilates Barre tank top, as well as have the option to become a member of Pilates Barre Architect program (ie: continued education, group support, and option to teach workshops).
